1/2 cup canola oil
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 clove garlic minced
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp soy sauce
I put mixed greens, cucumber and
feta cheese on mine. Tomato's would
be nice but you know the trouble with
tomato's (I am growing my own).
But really anything goes here. I got the
recipe from my sister-in-law's (julie) mom.
